On Saturday March 21,2009 from 10a.m. to 3p.m. Praiseworks, Inc. and Serenity Enterprises will hosts inaugural A Day of Holy Health and Wellness Spring Event at Oak Park Community Center, 3425 Martin Luther King Blvd., in Sacramento's Oak Park Area.
The event will feature guest speakers, workshops (i.e. nutrition, detoxification, juicing, vegetarianism, pain management, weight loss, and meditation), therapeutic body work, fitness and exercise demonstrations, (including Praise dance), vendors, information booths, vegetarian lunch, and much, much more.
