First Annual Golf Outing
Hartford Men and Women United Ministries invite everyone to join them for their First Annual Golf Outing on Saturday, August 18, 2007 at Warren Valley Golf Course (26116 W. Warren, Dearborn Heights). There will be a Scramble Format with 8:30 a.m. Tee Time. $100 per player/$400 per foursome includes 18 holes of golf, golf cart, 7:30 a.m. Continental Breakfast, Lunch at the Turn and Awards Banquet. Recognition opportunities include longest drive and closest to the tee. Non-golfer activities start at noon. $50 per non-golfer includes games, fun activities, other surprises and Awards Banquet. There will also be a Silent Auction featuring delights for golfers, travelers and collectors. Hartford Men and Women United Ministries are proud to be partnering with the Hartford First Tee Program to sponsor young golfers for the Golf Outing and encourage them to learn lessons of sportmanship beneficial to all aspects of life. A portion of the net profits from the Golf Outing will benefit Hartford Memorial Baptist Church's community outreach programs.
